Documentaries
There are only a handful of documentaries about the mysterious Korean DMZ, and not many people willingly go out and make a footage. You first need to get special permissions as well as acquiring armed guards who protect the filming crew. As seen in this fifteen minute documentary, the Korean DMZ isn’t the friendliest place to be. However, the towns around the DMZ is as peaceful as it can get. In “Freedom Village” some 200 people live in harmony, and out of any harm. Freedom Village is home to these peaceful South Koreans as well as a nature reserve for some animals.
